Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders received before 3:00 PM IST will be processed the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (Within India):
    • Standard Shipping: ₹50 flat rate for orders under ₹500. Free for orders over ₹500.
    • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: ₹150 flat rate. Available for all orders.
    • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.
    • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days.

  • Domestic: Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post
  • International: DHL, FedEx, UPS

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order directly on our website under the “Track Order” section.

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • Remote Locations: Delivery to remote or rural areas might take longer than the stated delivery times. Additional charges may apply.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, My Coffee Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Issues

My Coffee Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the package may be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you for the correct address and re-ship the package at an additional shipping fee.

Order Cancellation
