What You’ll Need
- 17g (about 2.5 tablespoons) of Harmony Harvest (100% Arabica) coffee beans
- 250ml hot water (around 85–92°C)
- AeroPress coffee maker
- AeroPress paper filter
- Grinder (for a medium-fine grind, slightly finer than drip coffee)
- Stirring stick or spoon
- Mug or server
Step-by-Step AeroPress Recipe
Step 1: Add Coffee (Image 1)
- Grind 17g of Harmony Harvest (100% Arabica) beans to a medium-fine consistency.
- Add the grounds into the AeroPress chamber placed on your mug.
- (Freshly ground beans ensure you capture the full aroma and flavor.)
Step 2: Add Hot Water & Start Timer (Image 2)
- Pour 80ml of hot water (90°C) into the chamber.
- Start your timer immediately.
- Stir a few times to wet all the coffee grounds.
- Let it sit for 20 seconds to allow blooming.
Step 3: Stir & Steep (Image 3)
- Add the remaining water to bring your total brew to 250ml.
- Stir again gently to ensure even saturation.
- Allow the coffee to steep for 90 seconds.
Step 4: Press & Finish (Image 4)
- Attach the cap with a rinsed paper filter.
- Press down slowly and steadily for 30–50 seconds until you hear the hiss.
