CHANNI METHOD

Brew Coffee with the Channi Method Using My Coffee Co.’s Amber Blend

When it comes to strong, traditional Indian coffee, nothing beats the Channi method. This simple strainer technique brings out bold flavors by keeping the natural oils of coffee intact. At My Coffee Co., our Amber Blend—crafted with 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta—is the perfect match for Channi brewing. Its rich body, strength, and depth deliver that authentic, no-fuss cup you’ll love.

Why Amber Blend is Perfect for Channi Method

The Amber Blend combines the smoothness of Arabica with the punch of Robusta. The Channi method doesn’t filter out oils or fine particles, making it ideal for this blend’s bold profile. The result is a coffee that’s strong, aromatic, and deeply satisfying—just the way traditional Indian coffee should be.
