  • 15g Washed Valley coffee beans (medium grind, like sea salt)
  • 250ml hot water (90–94°C)
  • Pour Over dripper (e.g., V60, Kalita)
  • Paper filter
  • Gooseneck kettle (for controlled pouring)
  • Mug or carafe

Step-by-Step Pour Over Recipe

Step 1: Prepare & Grind (Image 1)

  • Place a paper filter in the dripper, rinse with hot water, and discard the rinse water.
  • Grind 15g of Washed Valley beans to a medium grind (like sea salt).

Step 2: Add Coffee (Image 2)

  • Add the grounds into the filter.

  • Start your timer and pour 50ml of hot water (90–95°C) evenly over the grounds.
